What is Insider Buys?
Insider Buys is a free newsletter where I send you an update when I find an insider purchase that is genuinely worth studying.
It is not daily.
It is not weekly.
It is sent only when something interesting appears.
Most insider buys are just noise. A director buys a tiny amount. A CEO buys after good news. An executive buys stock in a weak business with no clear edge. Those cases are usually not worth your time.
But sometimes, the right person buys the right company at the right moment.
That is what I look for.
An insider buying while the market is worried.
A high-quality business under pressure.
A strong company passing through an ugly cycle.
A purchase that becomes more interesting when placed next to owner earnings, balance sheet strength, valuation, buybacks, margins, and long-term business quality.
That is where Insider Buys becomes useful.
When I find a setup worth paying attention to, I send you the most interesting details: who bought, how much they bought, where the stock trades, what is happening inside the business, why the timing matters, and which numbers deserve watching next.
The goal is simple: help you notice interesting situations earlier, without filling your inbox with low-value alerts.
I do not want to send you many emails.
I want to send you the right ones.
Because the value of insider buying is not in blindly copying insiders. The value is in using their purchases as a starting point for better questions:
Why now?
Why this company?
Is the market overreacting to temporary pain?
Is the insider seeing something the headline numbers hide?
Is this a damaged business, or a strong business going through a difficult moment?
That is the kind of signal I want to track.
For now, Insider Buys is free.
Over time, I may add a deeper premium version with more detailed analysis, richer valuation work, owner earnings breakdowns, watchlists, and follow-up updates.
But the newsletter you can join today is free, and it gives you a simple advantage: when I notice an insider buy that looks genuinely interesting, you get the key details directly in your inbox.
Subscribe to Insider Buys now if you want to be notified when the next interesting insider purchase appears. 👇🏻
P.S.: If you want deeper analysis of the businesses behind these names, I also write Business Model Mastery, my second publication focused on business quality and long term investing insights. 👇🏻
🚨 P.S: Important! Check Your Spam Folder!
Sometimes emails with images or links slip into Spam or Promotions. If the latest breakdown isn’t in your inbox, check there and mark it as Important. You can also drag it to your Primary tab, add this address to Contacts, or whitelist the domain—all simple steps to make sure every insight reaches you. Missing just one could mean overlooking a costly mistake or missing the signal of a big winner.
